In 2015, TotalWellness performed biometric screenings on over 85,000 employees all across the country. Overall, employees in our country seemed to be fairly healthy. We dug a little deeper into the individual health metrics, though, and we started to notice one major trend.

People are doing just fine when it comes to metrics that measure “reactive” health behaviors. When it comes to being proactive about their health, however, employees everywhere definitely have some room for improvement.
