National Women’s Retailer
One of our clients has many small, retail locations throughout the US. TotalWellness adjusted minimums and accommodated them at for screenings at each store location. Logistically, we implemented many screenings within the same geographic areas on the same day. We arranged for the same team to travel from location to location implementing screenings. This was repeated in several geographic locations. This saved our client time and money.
Midwest Health System
TotalWellness has provided venipuncture biometric screening services to a large health system for the past four years – screening over 50,000 individuals. Instead of processing samples at our regular lab (CRL) we partnered with the health system’s internal lab to process blood work. TotalWellness also provides computers for participants to complete the health risk assessment at the screening events – helping increase participation.
Health Management Company
Annually, we send 30,000-40,000 participant results to be uploaded into the third-party health management portal. When we work with resellers, we provide training (including webinars and a specific manual) to our medical staff to help ensure they understand the reseller’s particular needs and any unique requests. We also use custom consent forms, results handouts, and satisfaction surveys for this client.
One of our clients wanted extended health coaching sessions at their biometric screening events. So, we trained our staff on the client’s specific program so they could provide a high touch experience for their employees. Coaching included 8-10 minutes of reviewing results, a customized results handout and specific recommendations to programs employees should utilize based on results.
