COVID-19 Testing History

As a healthcare organization, TotalWellness knew we wanted to help when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. In July 2020 TotalWellness started offering COVID-19 testing to the Omaha, NE community. We began small but quickly grew to accommodate the testing needs of the city. Over time, we expanded and partnered with several Nebraska organizations to provide testing throughout the state.

Our COVID-19 testing partners included:

  • Hastings College – Hastings, NE
  • Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department – Lincoln, NE
  • Loup Basin Public Health Department – Burwell, NE
  • Mark’s Pharmacy – Cambridge, NE
  • North Central District Health Department – O’Neill, NE
  • Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department – McCook, NE & Ogallala, NE
  • Three Rivers Public Health Department – Fremont, NE
  • Two Rivers Public Health Department – Kearney, NE

We provided testing from July 2020 through mid-May of 2023. Our testing was free for individuals who provided valid health insurance. We supported voucher programs for local companies and offered a cash price of $219 per PCR test and $100 per antigen test.
