TotalWellness has an online reporting system that is available to our clients at no additional cost. Our aggregate reporting tool organizes and analyzes the employee population’s demographic information and the results from the biometric health screening to produce reports that convey actionable information.
The total picture
Our reporting tool displays the results of employee biometric health screenings at the aggregate level. Off-site screening results from physician visits, home kits, retail and lab visits are also included, offering a complete view of:
- Blood pressure
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Cholesterol screening results
Reports can also be built to include aggregate data from additional blood tests and nicotine tests that are completed with the oral swabbing technique.
We can also securely transfer data gather at biometric screenings to third party administrators, HR consultants, disease management companies, insurance companies, and brokers.
The benefits of data
While this reporting tool does not allow for leadership/HR teams to view individual results, the aggregate summaries can provide powerful insights into the overall health of the employee participants. With this information, a client can tailor their wellness program and initiatives to serve the unique needs of their specific population.
For example, if your company’s overall cholesterol screening results cause concern, you could set up an action plan that involves health coaching programs, incentives and other specific wellness interventions designed to lower cholesterol levels.
The employee experience
TotalWellness provides each participant with an educational handout that includes his or her biometric values. We can also provide information about specific follow-up actions like coaching programs or additional brochures to go along with the results of their biometric health screenings. In addition to these handouts, we also encourage the use of a comprehensive health assessment questionnaire to help employees better understand the full picture of their health.
Online reporting allows employees to view their health test results. This is available for an additional fee and gives the individual a scorecard that highlights areas of high risk, such as their results on a glucose or cholesterol screening.
