Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority Biometric Screening

The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority biometric screening program will run through April 28, 2023.

Home Kit Program:

Sign up for your at-home health screening kit and the test kit will be shipped directly to your home. Each home kit includes instructions for drawing a tiny blood sample through a simple finger-prick and mailing it to a certified laboratory for analysis. Measurements include High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), Total Cholesterol, and Triglycerides.

In order to have your results processed by the deadline, you must order a kit by March 13, 2023, and the completed kit must be placed in the mail by April 14, 2023 .
