Screening Events
- A minimum of six weeks time is needed to plan an on-site event.
- Dates cannot be changed once an event is scheduled.
- Client may increase the number of screenings ordered; and/or update event time and location (within the same metro area). Change fees may apply.
- An Event is defined as providing services at one location, on one date, for one continuous time frame.
- Event lengths are determined according to site needs and number of screenings ordered.
Flu Shot Events
- A minimum of four weeks time is needed to plan an on-site event.
- Dates cannot be changed once an event is scheduled.
- Client may increase the number of flu shots ordered; and/or update event time and location (within the same metro area). Change fees may apply.
- An Event is defined as providing services at one location, on one date, for one continuous time frame.
- Flu shot events are staffed at a rate of 20-25 shots administered per hour, per nurse.
- Client is responsible for printing and providing the flu shot consent form and Vaccine Information Statement. We also recommend that the site provide pens for participants to complete the consent form with.
- We ask that each site provide one table, two chairs, and one waste paper basket (for non-hazardous waste) per nurse for the event. We also ask that sites provide a private area for individuals who request additional privacy for their vaccination.
