San Mateo Biometric Screening

The San Mateo biometric screening program will run through December 31, 2020.

Home Kit Program:

Sign up for your at-home health screening kit and the test kit will be shipped directly to your home. Each home kit includes instructions for drawing a tiny blood sample through a simple finger-prick and mailing it to a certified laboratory for analysis. Measurements include High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), Total Cholesterol, and Triglycerides. 

In order to have your results processed by the December 31, 2020 deadline you must order a kit by December 10, 2020 and the completed kit must be mailed back by December 17, 2020.
