Griffiths Corporation Screening Program Options

The Griffiths Corporation biometric screening program will run through May 31, 2025.  You have two options to use to participate:

LabCorp Voucher Program

To have your screening done at a LabCorp facility, complete these steps prior to May 31, 2025.

  1. Download a LabCorp Voucher:                                                                                                                             
  2. Schedule your screening appointment on https://www.labcorp.com. Be sure to make an appointment at a lab that performs Employee Wellness with Body Measurement screenings.  Full instructions on how to schedule your appointment can be found here.
    • You do not have to schedule an appointment but it is highly recommended so that you are sure to visit a facility that performs wellness screenings and so that you do not have to spend extra time at the lab. Online appointment scheduling is available for all LabCorp sites. Same day appointments are available and can be made up to 2 hours prior to arrival.
  3. On the day of your screening appointment bring your appointment confirmation number, screening voucher and a photo ID.

LabCorp will transfer your screening results directly to TotalWellness.

Your Lab results will NOT be automatically mailed to you. You may request that a copy of your results be mailed to you during your appointment at the Lab or view your results online.

Home Kit Program:

Sign up for your at-home health screening kit and the test kit will be shipped directly to your home. Each home kit includes instructions for drawing a tiny blood sample through a simple finger-prick and mailing it to a certified laboratory for analysis. Measurements include High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), Total Cholesterol, and Triglycerides. You will receive confidential lab reports that present your test results and explain their significance.

In order to have your results processed by the May 31, 2025 deadline you must order a kit by May 10, 2025 and must be mailed back by May 17th, 2025.
