Here are some important details to keep in mind:

  • 20-40 Shots: Great for small groups needing less than 40 flu shots.
  • Flu Shots Only: For COVID-19 vaccines, please get in touch with our friendly sales team.
  • Two-Hour Event: Includes one nurse. There are extra charges for longer events or additional nurses. Please contact our helpful sales team if you need a longer event. 
  • Adults Only: We focus on vaccinating adults, not children.
  • No Insurance Billing: Easy payment without any insurance hassle.

Let’s talk pricing:

  • $34.50* per shot
  • Order in five-shot increments
  • $250 Small Site Fee: If you’re ordering less than 40 shots, we’ll apply a small site fee.
  • Minimum Order: Host an on-site event with a minimum of 20 shots.
  • We collect payment via credit card upon event request.

*The per participant price includes vaccine, supplies, vaccine administration, shipping, travel, biohazard disposal, and any applicable permit fees.

When it comes to event scheduling:

  • Advance Notice: Submit your event date requests at least 30 days in advance.
  • First Available Date: We’re ready to roll anytime after September 1, 2024.

Our flu vaccine is preservative-free, safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and comes in trivalent form to protect against three flu viruses: A(H1N1), A(H3N2), and B/Victoria.
