TotalWellness offers a flu shot voucher program in addition to our on-site flu shot clinics. Flu shot vouchers can be a stand-alone service or in conjunction with an on-site clinic. Companies can choose to include spouses. Clients only pay for the number of vouchers redeemed (above the minimum) and can determine program dates. We recommend that your flu shot voucher program run from September 1 – December 31. You can also choose to run your program until the end of flu season – which is typically February 28. With this program, employees can visit any pharmacy in the network (which includes national retailers and 99.9% of independent pharmacies in the nation) to receive their flu shot. National pharmacies include:
- CVS Health
- Rite Aid
national, regional and pharmacies are included in our retail network
Vouchers can be provided to employees through a secure voucher website or through email. We can also send vouchers to site contacts to distribute. For more information about our flu shot voucher program, check out our Frequently Asked Questions.
We also have a smaller pharmacy network available for a lower price. With the Walmart Voucher Program participants print out a voucher electronically and visit any Walmart or Sam’s Club to receive their flu shot. Walmart certified pharmacists have completed an immunization training program endorsed by the CDC or the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.
