General Information
Being an independent contractor within the TotalWellness network means that you’re self-employed. You get to choose which TotalWellness events you’d like to nominate for. The materials below will help you have the best experience as a TotalWellness contractor and provide guidance on utilizing our systems.
Our independent contractor (IC) and business associate agreement outlines general terms that you agreed to when you joined the TotalWellness network. You can always view the most recent version of the agreement by clicking the icon to the left.
Looking for event documents? Access all TotalWellness general event documents such as our onsite time log, privacy notice, incident report, time extension form, and other event forms here.
Shipments sent to the primary contractor will include FedEx return labels. If you are unable to locate your labels, you can create a return label. A label will be emailed that you can print and adhere to the box OR you can show the emailed QR code at a participating location that will print the label for you.
As a medical professional it is standard in the industry to wear a lab jacket at events. You can wear any plain, white lab jacket to TotalWellness events or feel free to order a TotalWellness lab jacket through Labwear.com. Simply search for TotalWellness at Labwear.com to add the TotalWellness logo to the lab jacket of your choice.
