FedEx Label Creation

Shipments sent to the primary contractor will include FedEx return labels. If you are unable to locate your labels, you can generate new FedEx return labels by using one of the options below.

Ground Label

Use for Supply returns.

Overnight Label

Use for Vaccine returns.

Upon submission, you’ll receive an email from noreply@fedex.com. The email will provide two options for your return:

  1. A pdf label you can print and adhere to your package.
  2. A QR code you can show on your device at a participating location that will print the label for you.

Utilize one of the options to return your package.
