Stress Style Assessment

This activity is designed to help you notice how stress typically shows up for you, especially in work situations. There are no right or wrong answers, and no single “correct” stress style. Most people recognize parts of themselves in more than one response.

As you answer the questions, go with your first instinct. Try not to overthink your responses or choose what sounds best.

Once you finish the assessment, you’ll see a summary of your stress style tendencies. From there, we’ll walk through what your results mean and share practical strategies you can use to support yourself during stressful moments.
