• Operate from a clean, organized station and provide the participant with your full attention
  • Stay off personal devices, avoid food at your station, and keep conversation neutral and respectful
• Remember, events are tobacco and drug free

Appointment Rosters 

• Abide by the schedule as closely as possible, without slowing the flow of the event
• Accommodate appointments first and walk-ins when possible
  • Ensure you have enough vaccine for scheduled appointments before accommodating walk-ins
• It’s ok to ask walk-ins to return at the end of the event if you are concerned about supplies or a line is forming

Duration

• Provide services until the scheduled event end time
  • You can start early, but don’t end early
• Clean up after the end time
