Quest Diagnostics has partnered with TotalWellness for flu shot events this fall.

All contractors working Quest events through TotalWellness must be Quest Approved. Please review what it takes to become Quest Approved prior to nominating or confirming for Quest events.

Quest Approved Requirements:

    1.  Set up Qscreen credentials.
    2. Complete a drug test.
    3. Complete Qscreen training.

If you are currently Quest Approved, this status will be listed in your TotalWellness Profile under Professions.

If you aren’t currently Quest Approved, you’ll start the approval process AFTER you’ve been confirmed on an event. The instructions will be sent via an email from quest@totalwellnesshealth.com.

QScreen & iPads
Nearly all Quest events involve recording vaccinations electronically using Qscreen on an iPad. Please consider this prior to nominating or confirming.
