Quest Partnership

Quest Diagnostics has partnered with TotalWellness for vaccination events. Nearly all Quest events utilize iPads to collect consent and document vaccinations. Additional onboarding steps are required to work Quest events.

  • If you’d prefer not to use iPads:
    • Avoid nominating for Quest events
    • Do nominate for events with paper consent forms
  • Onboarding requirements include setting up an account for Quest’s Qscreen application & completing a drug test
    • Detailed instructions are provided after nominating – so nominate for events and we’ll follow-up with details
    • If you’re already Quest Approved with TotalWellness (because you completed the onboarding process in the past) you do not need to redo the process to accept Quest assignments
