TotalWellness provides tailored corporate and health wellness services to help companies deliver better wellness programs to employees. Services include: biometric screenings, corporate flu shots and Covid testing.

This is a full-time position working on-site in Omaha, NE. The warehouse assistant assists with packing and shipping boxes to ensure events have the correct supplies and paperwork.

• Printing paperwork
• Packing supplies into boxes
• Shipping boxes
• Returning supplies back into inventory
• Communicating with staff to ensure boxes are received
• Complying with laws, regulations and OSHA requirements
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Intermediate computer skills

• Record of successful distribution and logistics implementation
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

• High School education or equivalent.

• 1-3 years experience in shipping or a related field

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday. Hours are 8am- 4:30pm at our Omaha, NE office.
