Flu Shot Program Pharmacy Voucher

Vulcraft of New York, Inc. is working with TotalWellness to provide flu shot vouchers for the 2020–2021 flu season. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that everyone over six months of age get a seasonal flu shot. It is quick, easy, and simply your best protection against the flu. When you get your flu shot, present your photo ID with your voucher. The flu shot vouchers can be redeemed by Vulcraft of New York, Inc. employees and immediate family members. If you are getting a flu shot for your child, please note that each state and pharmacy have different age restrictions, so be sure to contact the pharmacy ahead of time to ensure they can accommodate you.

Getting a free flu shot is a simple process:

• Step 1: Enter your information below to receive your flu shot voucher via email.
• Step 2: Stop by any participating pharmacy and present the voucher. TotalWellness is using a national pharmacy network, which includes all major chains as well as most independent pharmacies. Fill out your name and email address below to receive your voucher via email. If you are requesting multiple vouchers for your family, you will need to do each one separately. You will still use your email address, but enter your family member's first name and last name. Each family member will need their own voucher.
