There's one thing that's certain about the flu: it's unpredictable. That's why we've teamed up with TotalWellness this year and are encouraging all employees to protect themselves with a free flu shot. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends everyone age six months and older get a seasonal flu shot. It's quick, easy and simply your best protection against the flu season.

Getting a free flu shot is a simple three-step process:

• Step 1: Enter your information below to receive flu shot voucher via email.
• Step 2: Stop by any participating pharmacy and present the voucher. To verify whether a pharmacy is participating in the flu voucher program, click here or contact TotalWellness at 888-434-4358 x127.
• Step 3: Receive your flu shot from the provider.

The flu shot voucher can only be redeemed by Valmet employees and their spouses. You may be required to present a photo ID with the voucher.

Employees: enter your name, employee ID and email address.
Spouses: enter your name, your spouse's Valmet employee ID with S at the end and your own email address.
