University of Alaska Home Kit Program

The University of Alaska Home Kit Program will run through June 30, 2024.

Sign up for your at-home health screening kit and the test kit will be shipped directly to your home. Each home kit includes instructions for drawing a tiny blood sample through a simple finger-prick and mailing it to a certified laboratory for analysis. Measurements include High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), Total Cholesterol, and Triglycerides.

In order to have your results processed by the June 30, 2024 deadline you must order a kit by May 31, 2024 and the completed kit must be mailed back by June 10, 2024.

Your home kit will be mailed directly to you within 10-15 business days. Please be sure to fill out the 'Examiner/Collector Information' including your Height, Weight, Waist and Blood Pressure measurements on the consent form.
