Flu Shot Program Pharmacy Voucher

J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is working with Healics to provide flu shot vouchers for the 2020–2021 flu season. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends everyone over 6 months of age get a seasonal flu shot. It's quick, easy and simply your best protection against the flu this season. When you get your flu shot, present your photo ID with your voucher.

Getting a free flu shot is a simple three-step process:

Step 1: Enter your information below to receive flu shot voucher via email.
Step 2: Stop by any participating pharmacy and present the voucher. Healics is using a national pharmacy network, which includes all major chains as well as most independent pharmacies. To verify whether your local pharmacy is participating in the flu voucher program, click here or contact the help desk at 888-434-4358.
Step 3: Lend them your upper arm for a moment, and you’re done.

Enter your name, email address (please use your work email, not personal email) and status to receive your voucher via email. The flu shot vouchers can only be redeemed by J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. employees and spouses. If you are requesting a voucher for your spouse, please enter their name.
