The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends everyone over six months of age get a seasonal flu shot. It's quick, easy and simply your best protection against the flu this season. When you get your flu shot, present your photo ID with your voucher.

Getting a free flu shot is a simple three-step process:

  • Step 1: Enter your information below to receive your flu shot voucher via email.
  • Step 2: Stop by any participating pharmacy and present the voucher. TotalWellness uses a national pharmacy network, which includes all major chains and most independent pharmacies. To verify whether your local pharmacy is participating in the flu voucher program, click here or contact the TotalWellness help desk at 888-434-4358.
  • Step 3: Lend them your upper arm for a moment, and you’re done.

Enter your name and email address to receive your voucher via email. The flu shot vouchers can only be redeemed by HSBC employees.
