How do I participate?
It’s simple. Take the #iamhealthy pledge by signing up below. Every day (for 30 days) share a picture or post how you are healthy that day on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. It can be anything from relaxing with some yoga, to playing with your kids, to cooking a healthy meal, or laughing with friends. Share your healthy habits via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #iamhealthy so we can all share in your journey.
