In this 16-minute session, we will be talking about how to incorporate healthy eating habits into your life. When we think of eating healthy, most of us only focus on what types of foods we are consuming. We often forget that a major part of eating healthy starts with forming healthy eating habits. To eat more nutritious food, you may need to change some of your daily habits. But don’t worry, it’s not as hard as it sounds!

Forming healthy eating habits will actually make it easier for you to eat healthily and go back to enjoying eating, rather than getting anxious about every meal. Check out the video to learn more.
