Flu Shot Voucher Program

There's one thing that's certain about the flu: it's unpredictable. That's why American Tower has partnered with TotalWellness this year to encourage all employees, their spouses/domestic partners and children/domestic partner children (if the dependents are covered under the Cigna Medical plan) to protect themselves from the flu. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends everyone over six months of age get a seasonal flu shot. It's quick, easy and simply your best protection against the flu. When you go to the pharmacy, please present your photo ID with your voucher.

Getting a free flu shot is a simple three-step process:

Step 1: Enter your information below to receive flu shot voucher.
Step 2: Stop by any participating pharmacy and present the voucher.
Step 3: Lend them your upper arm for a moment, and you’re done.

Enter your name, email address and select who will be using the voucher.  The flu shot vouchers can only be redeemed by American Tower employees and dependents.
