Boeing requires all providers to complete a background check and badging process prior to working their events. When you pick up your badge you will need to provide proof of citizenship such as a U.S. passport, naturalization card, or a combination of driver’s license + birth certificate. Please complete this process as soon as possible. You must obtain your physical badge prior to your first event. If you’ve worked Boeing events previously, you still need to complete the process to work events this fall.

We’ve broken down the process into 4 steps.

After completing all 4 steps, you will receive 2 hours of compensation at your TotalWellness hourly rate.

Badge Pick up Location

You must pick up your badge prior to your first event from a Boeing Security Office. There are four security options for you to choose from:
