We do not use staffing agencies to hire and staff our health events, therefore the quality and professionalism of our nurses is higher than the competition. Through our hiring and on boarding processes, our nurses understand and represent our brand as well as yours. We also pay our nurses higher than competitors, which gives us higher retention rates. With longer nurse tenure, our customers become accustomed to seeing the same nurses year after year, building trust and long term relationships on a local as well as a national level.

We do not outsource our services so our clients are closer to their solutions. Because we do not outsource our services to other healthcare providers, we are able to maintain quality and control better than our competitors. Our delivery and logistics model is seamless, lifting any burden off of the client. Since only TotalWellness staff deliver our solutions, we have streamlined this process over the years, listening to the needs of our clients until processes that worked for them were in place. We've also created our online scheduling software according to the needs of clients which help events run smoothly and efficiently allowing participants to schedule and re-schedule according to their calendar. We are flexible and customizable to match our clients' needs. Outstanding customer service ranks above all. Additionally, we do not ship to site. Nurse Coordinators are responsible to bring all supplies and vaccine with them. Each health event has an assigned event coordinator who is normally from that geographic region. The Event Coordinator is responsible for staff pre-meetings and the on-site event details. Additionally, we are able to provide health screening vouchers and flu vouchers to remote employees and small offices because we have clinic sites across the US.
