HEALTH EVENTS

TotalWellness strives to make the scheduling, implementation, and evaluation process smooth and seamless for every event. 

REQUESTING AN EVENT

The first step in launching an on-site event is to determine the service you would like to offer, whether it is a simple flu shot event or a comprehensive health screening event. Please consult with one of our National Account Executives to help decide which solutions will best fit your organization. We will draft a service agreement for you including the services you would like, when you would like to provide them and where you prefer to hold the event. Once we receive the completed service order we confirm everything directly with you.

SCHEDULING THE EVENT

Next, your TotalWellness Account Executive works with you to finalize all the details of your event. We assign an experienced event coordinator to oversee the on-site services. Throughout the process, we provide you with automatic e-mails, keeping you updated on your event and will send you a confirmation e-mail once the event is fully scheduled. The automatic e-mails will include links to necessary paperwork, which provide detailed instructions to the company contact. You will always be in contact with your Account Executive and he/she will be there to answer your questions and fulfill your needs.

IMPLEMENTING THE EVENT

The event coordinator or primary nurse will call the company site contact for an introduction. You and your healthcare professional will discuss any specific parking or security arrangements and verify the arrival time. TotalWellness will ship all vaccines, supplies, and equipment directly to the event coordinator or primary nurse, and he/she will bring everything along on the day of the event. You will never have to worry about shipping or receiving supplies or equipment.

Your healthcare professionals arrive thirty to ninety minutes early to set up your event. We utilize the space you have available for the event whether those are conference rooms, break rooms, or large offices. During the event, our healthcare professionals are diligent about keeping personal information private and making sure participants have all of their questions answered. After the event is completed, we leave the room clean and organized, taking all supplies, equipment, and biohazard waste with us. 

EVENT EVALUATION

Your company will receive an electronic evaluation form after the event. We value customer feedback and evaluate all comments carefully to improve our service.

HEALTH SCREENING & PERSONAL HEALTH ASSESSMENTS

TotalWellness will upload your health screening data into the Personal Health Assessment (PHA). We will provide your company with a URL to distribute to your employees in order to complete the assessment.  We will help you communicate and promote the assessment to your employees and aide you in determining how long you would like to make the assessment available.

HEALTH COACHING

After completing their personal health assessment (PHA) participants who are eligible for the lifestyle management health coaching will be called to discuss moving forward with the program. If your organization is interested in purchasing health coaching the service would be added to the service agreement.

HEALTH SCREENING REPORTING

TotalWellness will provide you with aggregate reports of your biometric data through an online dashboard and an organizational summary of your Personal Health Assessment results. Our dynamic, online reports can be customized according to the specific reports you would like to create. You will have the control to design your own reports. We’ll store your data forever, keeping it secure, safe, and confidential.
