EmployeeSignup.com is TotalWellness’s appointment tool which allows participants to visit a website created specifically for a client to schedule, re-schedule, or cancel appointments in minutes. The tool sends a confirmation email and two reminder emails to each participant. Links to any necessary consent forms are provided within the main page of the scheduling tool, as well as the confirmation and reminder emails. Waiting lists can be utilized as well with notifications sent as events have openings. The tool allows an administrator to monitor participation at each event, run reports, and send out mass emails.
