1. Employees lacked an easy way to access information about company-sponsored events
2. Employees had no direct, easy way to schedule, check, change or cancel their appointment slot
3. The lack of easy, direct access to information was a deterrent that worked against clients trying to obtain high levels of employee participation and Administrators were spending too much time on low-level administrative tasks

5. Administrators had to manually confirm registrations, build class lists, calculate or estimate pre-event participation levels
6. Inistrators had no effective, efficient method of distributing event information, updates and reminders to participants
7. There was no good way to monitor any/all event(s) in multiple locations
